Shelley Cox unlocks the commercial challenge of life insurance with Montoux
Wellington-based insurtech Montoux welcomes Shelley Cox to Executive Leadership Team.
WELLINGTON, New Zealand (June 18, 2019) - Montoux is proud to announce Shelley Cox is joining Montoux’s executive leadership team as the Director of Customer Success.
Shelley boasts over twenty years of experience working across a range of industries, including overseeing the implementation of software in the US as well as management consulting roles in government and financial services. She served in numerous leadership roles throughout her career, most recently as Head of Customer Retention for global insurer AMP.
While with AMP, Shelley led an enterprise-wide retention strategy that achieved a 25 percent reduction in lapse rates, and in the process became familiar with Montoux, as its capabilities were part of the strategy which achieved this reduction.
Shelley says she is thrilled to be joining the Montoux team in a role which utilizes her impressive expertise. “Montoux’s ability to unlock value for life insurers is really exciting, and being able to work collaboratively with our customers really appeals to me - I'm looking forward to helping them get the best out of their investment in Montoux. One of Shelley’s first appearances with Montoux is the July 8th Shifting Gears breakfast seminar in Sydney, hosted by Montoux and Deloitte. Here, she will speak alongside industry experts from Deloitte and Guardian life on ‘Optimizing Value Through Retention - Critical Success Factors and Lessons Learned.’
Shelley is relocating with her husband from Auckland for the position and, in addition to the professional challenge, is very much looking forward to spending time powering along Wellington’s abundance of mountain bike trails.
