Our Data Scientist roles offer diversity, autonomy, responsibility and flexibility. Your responsibilities will include the following, calibrated to your level of experience and your strengths:
Driving development of standard processes to determine price sensitivity and optimization for our customers
Working collaboratively with the product/actuarial team and our customers to create solutions to help improve profitability and customer retention for our customers
Create clear stories and reports that solve problems for our customers
Help us to better fit diverse customer business models and datasets within Montoux’s applications
Investigate and trial data collection procedures and algorithms to include information that is relevant for building analytical systems
Help to plan and develop the machine learning aspects of our product offerings following a SCRUM product development framework
Occasional domestic or international travel to meet with customers
Your skills and experience

We are interested in both senior and more junior applicants, with 2 or more years of work experience:
Proficiency in Python or R for data processing and analysis
Prior experience building predictive models in a data science role
Experience with sales forecasting or optimisation methods are a plus
